A
The work is harder than it should be.
Time disappears into rework, handoffs, patchwork software, unclear ownership, or daily exceptions nobody has stepped back to study.
Solutions. Optimization. Logistics.
We figure out how.
Founder-led operational work for people who know their craft—and know the system around it needs work. Human observation, disciplined analysis, and a practical path forward.
01 / What we do
S.O.L. studies the operation as it exists—not as the manual says it should exist. We separate the real constraint from the visible symptom, build the evidence, and design around reality.
For owner-led businesses, independent creatives, and private partners who need clear thinking without added noise.
A
Time disappears into rework, handoffs, patchwork software, unclear ownership, or daily exceptions nobody has stepped back to study.
B
The skill is there. Demand may be there. The surrounding process has not kept pace—and adding more effort is no longer enough.
C
Creators and independent operators often need assets, sequence, and decision structure so their energy can stay on the work only they can do.
02 / How S.O.L. works
The method is rigorous without becoming theater. Every step has to earn its place in the final recommendation.
01
We start with the work itself: the people, handoffs, tools, pressure points, and unofficial fixes keeping things moving.
Observation before prescription
02
We separate the visible frustration from the root constraint, then organize what the operation is actually telling us.
Patterns, cost, time, and risk
03
The plan fits the people, capacity, budget, and ambition already in the room. It has to survive contact with the real day.
Useful beats impressive
04
When the work calls for implementation, S.O.L. can help put the new process, assets, or operating tools into use.
No plan dropped at the door
What leaves the room
03 / Ways to engage
These ranges set a clear starting point. The work itself is shaped around the operation, the evidence required, and how far S.O.L. is asked to carry the fix.
00
Find out whether there is a real problem S.O.L. should help solve.
A direct conversation about the operation, the pressure point, and what a useful next step would require.
Complimentary
01
See the problem clearly before spending money on the wrong fix.
Observation, evidence review, root-constraint analysis, priorities, and a concise written diagnostic.
$750–$1,500+
02
Turn the diagnosis into a system that can actually be built.
A redesigned operating path with roles, workflow, tools, sequence, cost logic, risks, and measures of success.
$2,000–$5,000+
03
Move the work from a sound plan into day-to-day use.
Hands-on buildout, rollout support, process documentation, operating assets, and adjustment as reality answers back.
$3,500–$15,000+
04
Keep the system useful as the business changes.
Ongoing review, refinement, decision support, and maintenance of the operating tools built around the engagement.
$1,000–$4,000+ / month
Beyond one system
Larger, multi-system, and longer-horizon work is scoped after the assessment. The written scope defines the work, responsibilities, timing, and price before the engagement begins.

04 / The person in the room
Patrick brings roughly two decades of experience across trades and projects around the country. That range taught him how to enter unfamiliar work, listen to the people doing it, and find the structure underneath the noise.
S.O.L. engagements remain founder-led from first observation through final delivery. There is no junior team learning the client on your time and no handoff between the person who sees the problem and the person who designs the response.
05 / Confidentiality
Some clients want visible support. Others want the result to carry their name. Both can be handled, but the boundaries should be explicit before the work starts.
A mutual NDA is available when the engagement calls for one.
White-label work and public attribution are addressed in writing.
Ownership, access, permitted use, and deliverables are defined by agreement.
No client story is assumed to be public simply because the work succeeded.

Give us enough context to understand the shape of the problem. Patrick reviews every request directly.
